Poor Customer Consideration

I logged a call with Telkom 8 days ago, I was told that issue would be resolved within 3 days, Telkom hasn't bothered to attend to the problem and I've even been asked to provide the same information more than once.

I had to call Telkom 5 times to be told by the operator that Telkom won't be able to help me and that they were never going to give me feed back. Please assist.

This is unacceptable and frankly unthoughtful.
