Poor customer care and communication

After cancelling my contract they debited my account on two consecutive months. I go to the telkom store to notify them and even show them proof that I cancelled. The store lodges a dispute for the money that's been taken from me and I get and sms. A few days later I get an sms saying that my matter has been resolved however I've not been contacted once nor have I even received my money back! Absolutely shocking from Telkom, zero customer care and consideration.
