Poor customer and unreliability.

I am not happy with Telkom's customer service at all.

They don't respond to customer queries.

You wait on the call forever to get assisted.

I have cases pending for two years that are still not resolved.

The network reception is poor.

They have been deducting money from my account they should not be deducting.

I have over R1000.00 with Telkom that's unaccounted for.
