Poor coverage and no Xmas specials on your website

We mostly live and move around in Gauteng and don't have to much network issues with Telkom in Gauteng. I recently went to Barkley West for a days and the signal out there was pathetic with Telkom.

As I visited the TELKOM website to see if there are any worthwhile Xmas specials and I found that TELKOM is becoming as boring as their competitors and this mixed with the poor coverage scenarios means I will probably move my one line back to MTN where I used be before I came to TELKOM. So if I pay the same as with another network at least go to the Network that provides the best coverage and that is MTN by far. If MTN products keep improving and their deals keeps getting better I might just move all my products to them and then at least have coverage even if I find myself outside Gauteng.

Telkom you guys are not the leaders in the market. So one thing you should realize is that if your deals are not sweeter than the competition there will be no reason to hang around and stay. Poor coverage combined with deals that are similar to your competition only means that I will gradually move away over the next two years from Telkom as my contracts expire and one already did and I found no Xmas special on your site to tempt me to renew my contract.
