Poor coverage

I have been a customer to Telkom for more than a decade now and to be honest I stayed because their data and airtime is cheap but their network is the worst on its best . Circumstance today I couldn't convert airtime to data , it literally took me 4 hours to have it done after having to switch off my phone 3 times . Still I could not the get the specific data bundle I wanted . I had to buy a different one because it kept saying " thank you for request , it is being processed " but nothing was processed . I did it more than 16 times . Tomorrow morning I am porting to Vodacom for sure bye poor coverage service
