poor costumer service

good day this review is for Mr lucky Mokwena who has an account with telkom mobile ( contract phone) he's been with telkom for 5 years now.his recent experience its shocking and disturbing . we went to telkom shop here in Alexandra town ship at Alex Mall. several times now when he gets a bad service from the staff. THEY ARE SO RUDE and with no morals at all . is on his second contract with telkom. due to this experience even when he calls the customer care he is referred to speak with the center manager 1st report the shop to the center manager. im soo dissapointed with telkom . he never missed a payment took a 2nd contract phone with telkom this is his information given to us . his contact number is *** and his email ***
