Poor costume service

Today I went to Pine Crest telkom shop to do a sim swap for one of my contract Sim cards and mind you I was in front of the line and the employees actually served someone who was not even on the line and ignored me even after I told them I'm rushing. I ended up leave while two India telkom employees that done with their costumes didn't attended me instead they just look at me chatting and also another employee that was at the didn't listen me after asking him repeatedly, and the only he did is take some of my details and ignored me agaiin. It seem telkom employees in Pine Crest can prioritize between costumes and talking. The worse part I have been a telkom client for almost 10 years now. To me seem like because I'm black they didn't take me seriously at all and for sure when I left said to hell with him...
