Poor communication. Contract cancellation

This is my 2nd publish on Hellopeter regarding telkom .. I had published a review about them on the 23rd of February.. a few days later the business rep**** and said someone will be in contact with me soon . Tomorow will be the 1st of April and nobody from telkom has called me as yet . I have been trying to cancel my contract from April 2017

It is still being attended to ?? Because of telkom I am now in the credit beraeu and have a bad record to my name which I never had before .
