Poor communication and no stock in the 2nd week of the month

I am not happy at all with Telkom the communication is very poor. The second week off September i phoned in about the double deal on the Samsung they said out of stock. The are advertising on the websites and in their shops about this deal and the second week of the month they already out off stock. I phoned a view times after that to check in they still have nothing
