POOR Communication and NEVER HAVE STOCK AVAILABLE

I have been to a Telkom store to apply for a new contract, I was Pre-Approved, then told that they do not have stock available and that i will be contacted when the stock arrives. When the stock arrived, I was not called or informed, the sales consultant that helped went on leave the day before and did not inform of his colleagues that when the next device arrives that its for his customer. When i went to the store again to find out the progress of the stock arrival i was told that the stock came in and a colleague sold the device.... FRUSTRATED....... Then sales consultant then told me that the store is waiting on stock to be allocated to them again.

It has been more than 2 months now and I still have no idea whats going on. It so convenient that the booklet has it in on a great deal but no one can actually receive the device.
