Poor Communication and assistance.

Good day

I have ordered a Iphone via online, indicated twice the colour I ordered. First they did not have the Iphone 128gb in stock and advised they have the 64gb. I requested again the colour and confirmed they have stock in that colour. Received the phone on Friday the 23/02/2018. AND it was not the correct colour!

I called the call centre now to return, because it is still in the 7 day cool off period, the lady could not help me at all. Just escalating for 30 minutes.

Can someone please call me back and assist with cancelling the whole contract and device.

Do not need it anymore.
