Poor communication

I have been waiting for installation for two weeks, when I call the call center it takes 20 minutes for an agent to help by that time your airtime is finished as you are trying to get answers, nobody bothers to call you back, I've try countless times to arrange a time but they don't bother to call back! If business is booming and they can't handle the work load they must just say, instead of making one run around at they merecy but we pay.
