Poor communication
After posting a complaint here in June, I was contacted nearly 2 weeks later to say that my request has been processed but that I still owe some money to resolve it finally. <br> <br> I requested a statement from Zulfah - Ops Specialist on the 25th June and again 6th August... I am still awaiting this.<br> <br> DO NOT phone me, communication via email only please. - you have my details.
