POOR, CLUMSY AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM NOMZIKAZI KOMANI

I write this review with disappointment from your Nomzikazi-CEO's office and costumer service. Her attitude and behavior is very unprofessional. She may probably have problems that she drags into her workplace it seems. That unfortunately reflects bad on Telkom.

I asked her to cancel a single contract ending October 2020, which I identified on the email that it is *** but instead she cancelled all my contracts and wrote off that telkom number. It says the number I have dialed does not exist.
