Poor client service and Connectivity... #terribletelkom

If i could i wouldnt even give you a single star. I have been with you telkom for over 6 years now and its really sad to see where you are headed.

1stly, i always have data but i get told my data as been paused, etc etc etc, 2ndly i have 5 contracts with you and this is the service and connectivity i get from you, 3rdly, i installed LTE a few months ago thinking it would be faster than the ADSL but obviously i was wrong because its way worse.

I need to know how this will get fixed, and if it cannot get fixed then i would to cancel all my contracts with you as everything you advertise is called false advertising.

I would rather take my home WiFi and move over to VOX as they are a better service provider than telkom.

I would really appreciate it if you could get back to be regarding these many issues i have with you.
