Poor client service and after sales

Bought a brand new Samsung 6 smar****ch from this branch had it for 2 months and was very happy as the battery lasted min of two days or more before charging the device. After a while, the watch battery only lasted less than 8 hours. My wife took the watch in for a repair struggling to get assistance from the employees as they said it was normal. Eventually, the watch was booked and sent away, and notified that the charging component was not working as it should. After the repair, my watch was working for a short while, and started to do the same again. The watch has been booked in last week and Friday 07 06 2024. I phoned today only to find out that my watch has not been sent away for repairs. I am paying each month for something I can't use. The after-service is **********.
