POOR CLIENT SERVICE

dont ever attempt to by a device from telkom online services! they are so inconsiderate and selfish. they are only after sales and their target!!! they will assist you in purchasing the device but when you have a query they really dont care! instead they will send you from one pillar to post. my experience...i app**** for an iPhone 7 online and they friendly consultant assisted me through the process of the application until it was approved...before i accepted the offer i asked repeatedly if i was going to be able to keep my prepaid number on contract and she said yes, they logged a case number for me and told me after 72hrs it will be sorted. i waited for over 72hrs...its now 5 days and nothing, when i call them they say its impossible and i need to go to the branch, when i get to the branch they advise that they cannot assist me as well they are sending the query back to the branch. they inconvenience this has caused me is un explainable! the incompetence im seeing for the telkom staff is so surprising. i have learnt that telkom cares about no customer expect what they can get out of them...(SALE) im warning others to not be fooled by this FREE-ME deals that excite you, should you get a query telkom will just refer you from one person to the other and you will end up not being assisted.
