Poor client service
1. Telephone line cancelled (business) "no longer providing this service" without warning or any form of notification. 2. Problem with links between PC, Cell and email stopped working (for seven months) and could not be repaired. Went to Cresta office and waited in total over five hours (three visits) and did not even get served. Monthly bill never adjusted.
