Poor canceling processes

Telkom has been my nightmare. I have been trying to cancel the contract for the past five months and have paid a huge some of amount required of me 6k plus and was requested to pay the extra 2kplus for early cancelation. I was sent a cancelation letter confirming the payments done and the contract cancelled. I keep getting emails and notifications that I have to pay a certain amount of money. Recently I was told I owe 3k plus that I need to pay in 24hours. I am still not sure how much am I still gonna be paying these amounts and was also told the previous amounts I have been paying could be seen but not sure what they cover. I was told I'm being owed 200plus by Telkom but every call made has been in vain the billing continues
