Poor call centre serive 3 times in a row

<p>I am so furios with these guys that i don't even know where to begin.</p> <p> </p> <p>I App**** for mobile contract on the website which was approved, i was told the intial install has to be deducted before the contract can commence with it will be app**** as a credit on my account. This has never happend and no credit was passed on my account. i have sent proof of the payment to several agents they told me they would get back to me but no response was given.</p> <p> </p> <p>It doens't help telkom has the best mobile deals but the service is pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
