Poor billing service

Telkom with pathetic customer service it's been like four months in a row they debit and return the money back into my account, then when it mid month they tell me I'm in erreas 😡 and then they block my card this is frustrating being complaining about this since the first month, I'm fed up with telkom nobody even bothers to pick up calls I just want to cancel my contract with these peaple I'm fed up, this morning I woke up with the same message Tht I am in errears Again nx! 😡😡😡😡😡
