Poor Billing/Account Management

I would like to say I have had the worst experience with this network and would not recommend them to anyone.
Two years ago 24th April I took out a phone (Samsung Galaxy S5). In September I was interested in getting their gear 2.To which I went to try get one from me.I was told that I would have to get the gear as a add on contract to my existing or opt for a new contract that will commence with a new price plan. The obvious choice is to get an addon since by then I should have already paid five months for the phone. I made sure with the sales person and it was arranged by the sales man to pick up the gear at Brooklyn Mall since here in Menlyn they were out of stock.

On receiving the first statement I realised my package for the two gadgets was captured as a migration to which I was charged. I have been going to the store month on month using my own fuel to try rectify this, and not only did the salesman not help me, I was told they can only log a case for me and let the department involved in this deal with this. You can imagine getting such an answer for two years straight.Too many case numbers have been given with no solution.

However two weeks ago everything seemed to have been solved and was told "correctly my contract for the phone has ended" and they were going to calculate the difference once off value for the gear since it was taken five months after the phone and it amounted to R390.I agreed I will pay it off and requested a statement thereof. Not only did I leave the matter there I asked the consultant over the phone to put a stop to the debit order as the time this arrangement was being made a invoice had already been generated.I was given the go ahead. Now today 24th of June 2016 I have been ********ly debited,no invoice sent as requested, everytime I call I get a case number and people just quote departments and management issues to which as a client cannot be put through to state your case.

I have threatened to open a case on their twitter account with them saying the same thing,we will log a case.I am tired of their nonesense an inconsistency and need help solving this matter.I will also do my part in going into reading about consumer rights and will essentially do everything in my powers to expose this service.I have also attached proof of purchase of mobile as well.

Below is a few of the case numbers and feedbacks I have managed to salvage over the years with the latest show below:

Samsung Galaxy S5 contract start date.
Watch taken on the 25 September 2014 as an add on per arrangement. However the system captured it as migration.I now have a migration fee charged on me for an in-house error that I will not accept as the arrangement was to have an addon to my current contract and not migrate my contract,I would have not taken the option to migrate my contract and it was communicated thereof.
Case number: ********** 9 27/3/2016
Case number: Mbongeni Mthiyane
11/05/2015
Follow up case number: ********** 6
Response: Case Resolved will pay R480less for gadget completed & R99less for cancellation
Spoke With: Valencia Bindela
30 April 2016
Case: ********** 9 (logged on 29th April)
Today 21/05/2016
Case : ********** 3
