Poor/bad service

<p>On Saturday i bought data via fnb mobile for my wifi 2x 139 but no data registered, phoned the call centre logged the complaint gave me a case nr and all... 3 days later, data still not there, went to n1 city telkom, waited like an hour to be helped, staff business plaiting girls hair instead of helping customers, finally got helped but then they tell me its my problem cause I didn't buy data directly from them, they cant help me, really?? Am i goin to loose R280 just because i bought data via my bank( cause its convenient) that's probably the worst staff ever in that shop!! I demand an answer of how they goin to return my money!!!</p>
