Poor bad horrible service

Poor service struggeling with 10mbps but according to service desk 2mbps per second is ok but being billed for 10mbps line faults get locked but nothing is done when checking for update on faults it is resolved luckely my 24 months contract expires this month if this is their attatude i will get a new provider here is a reference that were closed with out a phone call or sms 8ctk230619 hopefully someone at telkom will read this.
