Poor bad customer service

I went to telkom shop at Maponya mall, to buy land line pre-paid consultants where busy with their own staff only 1 consultant was working I arrived at 14 :21 estimated queue time was 01 minute I waited more than 30 minutes to be assisted, they don't have respect for customers
