Poor assistance of staff

The worst internet provider ever!!!! Cant get hold of someone to assist me woth my LTE deal!!! Then when i want to cancel my contract they cant help me. I have tried the whole day to get my contract canceled. And yet its still nog canceled. Pathetic!!!!!!!
