Poor Assistance from Telkom Mobile

I am trying to cancel an account I have with Telkom Mobile. I went into a store and they said they cannot help me. They told me I have to email: ***. I have not heard back from them. I'm disappointed that it's such a mission to cancel a contract. They are taking money from me every month for a service I'm not getting any benefit from.
