poor and slow service

I have a been with Telkom as a pre- paid customer for close to a year however a week ago l decided to to take contract with them and this where the whole night mare started , 1st of all the sales person l dealt with have gave me not enough information regarding they whole process in taking out this contract , l waited 4 days fro it to be approved after it was approved l then was advised that l have to pay in 1980.00 as deposit which l gladly did and l showed them a bank guaranteed proof of payment , what is really making me angry is the delay in the whole process because after paying in the deposit l was told l have to wait another 4 days again for my money to reflect where as l had done a direct deposit in the Telkom account and l also had produced a proof until now am sitting her with no phone however l did all that was required am even thinking of taking my business to another network as all l know is it will never take nearly 2 weeks to get a phone am absolutely shocked with such a slow appalling service and will never recommend anyone to telkom
