poor and ****py service

after extensive attempts to cancel contract packages that are on month to month basis. Attempts failed dismally even with emails on record that cancellation requests will be honoured. That did not happen, instead the billing continued and resulted in accounts being unpaid because request to stop services was placed . after all this I still went ahead and paid in full the amounts claimed that i owe even though cancellation requests are on email. now i am not even able to get a paid up letter and relationship terminated. i will not recommend telkom to anyone , for anything. very poor and ****py service to say the least.
