POOR AND PATHETIC TELKOM

Telkom's customer service has gone from bad to worst. The agents are so rude and if they can't provide answers they just disconnect you. My account was canceled but I'm still getting billed for a Sim card that they've disconnected. Poor and pathetic service. You can kiss my money goodbye.
