Poor and pathetic service from THABANG METUSE

Today I visited ( Telkom Hemingways) East London and meet the lady called THABANG METUSE .I am an old client who had contract here before . But the way they treat client and do things . It's so pathetic and disrespectful.

ITS the poorest service I received ever from Telkom .
