Poor and pathetic

I am the owner of Robertson Florist. From December 2022 I've been trying to get the landline number of my shop migrated to a Sim card. To this date it hasn't been done correctly as I was issued with a new number and my old number was not migrated as requested. I'm still without a landline and I'm losing business because people can't reach us. Customer service is of a very poor standard in the Telkom shop in Mountain Mill in Worcester. I was promised that the issue would be resolved by Friday, to no avail. Pathetic!!!
