Poor and dismissive service

<p>I am writing this as an official complaint against the staff of the the Telkom store in gateway shopping centre.</p> <p>This is the 3rd consecutive time that I have gone in there in the last 2 months and have been met be the utmost disrespect from different staff members, and there never seems to be a manager available at this store to deal with this.</p> <p>I was not the only one today that was treated in dismissive and disrespectful manner, no help was offered and after the staff member was done dismissing me he just walked off and refused to deal with the situation.</p> <p>I find this unacceptable and felt sorry for the elderly couple ahead of me that got the same treatment as they got sent on their way with no help whatsoever. If these guys don't actually want to work or be at work, why are they employed, and why is there never a manager in this store. No wonder people are always upset when dealing with the service industry.</p> <p>I sincerely hope I get clarity on this situation and that some serious changes get made. </p>
