Poor and bad service as always

Good morning, I’m very upset and irritated I can’t deal with this Telkom, the staff are so ***********, we complain but nothing it’s been done. I just wanna cancel all my contract with them cause they don’t even know how to treat a customer. I honestly regret the day I took any contract with you guys I’m so fed up. Jubilee mall Telkom agents I’m not happy with them at all.
