Poor after sales support

I have upgraded my cellphone contract on the 4th of May 2024 and have taken the Oppo Reno 10+ on Flexon6 at Ballito Junction.The Telkom consultant advised they were out of stock on the WL earpods and will provide a set once the stock arrives.Further to this the Oppo consultant advised they will also provide a gift as they were running a mothers day promo,Till date I have still not recived any call or update and have made 2 follow ups in store.
