Poor after sale services

My name is BensonI am very very unhappy with the service of telkom, my contract was due for renewal, two months ago I ordered a new phone via cell direct, the deal took forever to come, first they delivered the sim only and then they kept quite for two weeks and I only got my phone two weeks ago. I find out that my phone had no cover and I call cell direct to try and get cover they tell me that I have to call telkom to get cover. All the telkom customer care numbers are not working/ they have this WhatsApp option that has nothing to do with . Only the sales number. When you reach sales they tell you they can’t transfer you. Just today I got ****** of the same phone that just got delivered and I still have to pay for phones that I donot have. I think I will take this to the regulators.
