Poor advertising in regards to package availability

Very confusing when it comes to your packages. I went to Telkom in my areas mall to upgrade to the Smartbroadband Uncapped Wifi of R799 pm. On the Telkom website it shows that I am within range and that there is 9 spaces left for this package. The assistant tells me all packages are taken. I directly check the website and yet it shows that there is 9 spaces left. I call a sales consultant and yet the consultant tells me I am not in range?? Now where does a person draw the line?! The website says there is packages left and that is what I want, simple.
