Poor ADSL line speed
I rent a 4mbps ADSL line from Telkom, but never get 4mbps speed. If i phone tech support they always tell me there is no problem in my area and it could be mi isp (mweb). Mweb says there is no problem. SAIX speed test shows 2mbps
