Poor ADSL Line Lenasia Ext 9

Good Day<br> <br> Please refer to my previous query SM172561.<br> <br> My ADSL line is syncing at 1Mbps downstream and 0.5Mbps upstream with a Line Attenuation of 58.5db downstream and 31.5db downstream and with a noise margin of 7.9db downstream and 14db upstream.<br> <br> About 3 weeks ago my speed test results on SAIX was a download speed of +-0.8 to 0.9Mbps and a latency of 300ms. <br> <br> Can you please rectify the issue.<br> <br> This issue has kept on happening over the past 1 and a half years as can be seen by most of my previous queries. In that time I was forced to go from a 2Mbps line to a 1Mbps line which is still unstable most of the time.<br> <br> Can you please rectify the current 1Mbps line stability for my line and advise on when (or if) I will eventually have the option to upgrade to a faster line (that is also stable, preferably a 10 Mbps line)<br> <br> Thank You.<br> <br>
