Poor administration at Telkom

I am so frustrated with Telkom. Its been a month since I ordered the winter "stay at home" deal and still have not been connected. Nobody at Telkom has been able to track down my order and provide me with any form of an update. I have called in numerous times over the last month and no one has got back to me.

What makes it worse, I have received delivery of the equipment yet my order is showing as cancelled on Telkom side. Vumatel (Fibre Provider) has no record of an order for me from Telkom. This is absolutely pathetic.

CELL C TOOK 3 DAYS FROM ORDER TO INSTALLATION OF FIBRE FOR A FRIEND OF MINE.
