Poor accounting service

I requested a downgrade on contract 2nd March. Intending to keep landline, and cancel ADSL. I had confirmation emails, yet the contract was never downgraded. Telkom has invoiced me every month since for total amount. I finally, cancelled my entire contact on the 19th June. Telkom has listed a me with the credit bureau, for money outstanding.! Please would accounts sort this out.
