Poor accounting and service

I have paid up my account and cancelled the agreement June 2018.

I just found out that I am listed on the credit bureau as being 5 months behind and due to this are having a problem with my new application for a homeloan.

They have never updated their records with the credit bureau and now we are battling to get a paid up letter from them now.
