Poor account management

Good day I have a contract with Telkom mobile. Whenever there is an issue with my account, not a single day someone from the Accountss depratment calls to find out what the issue was and how to resove it. They are quick to "hand the accout over" without k nowiing what is the quickest solution and keeping the account active.
