POOR ACCOUNT CANCELLATION

I have been trying to get hold of telkom even sending plenty of emails to cancel my contract with them. No one has ever contacted me regarding that, instead they keeping sending their stupid data and statement with amount which we never agreed upon. I feel like I am being forced to use their services and i dont need them anymore. Can i be assisted with the cancellation because this has been dragging now and it is annoying because the next thing i will in arrears for something i tried to avoid. This is bad and disgusting
