Poor

Poor customer service all the time. I am using the unlimited data and their wifi is slow I cannot connect to showmax as it's always loading and now they disconnect my subscription even though I made payments on the 29 July 2020 and still no one can see the payment on their side nd I have been calling them for 3 days to fix my connection but still it's off. Telkom is not your answer if you need a wifi connection try other service providers
