Poor
<p>I bought an Internet package " unlimited wifi" in February this year. Due to there being no coverage in the area, I cancelled the package and the consultant told me it will be all fine. Only to find out my account was being debited for 799 for a service I was not using. I phoned telkom and they said I should wait for a phone call to complete the cancellation. The calls did come but at a time I could not answer as I was busy with patients. Oh yes, I am a health professional. I went in to the lenasia branch and they told me that they will resolve the matter via email. Its been several weeks and my email has not come and yet another debit order has gone through. WHAT SHOULD I DO?SOMEONE PLEASE HELP </p>

Can they kindly inform me when they will call me such that I make myself available at that time. I unfortunately cannot leave my patients in the middle of their treatment.this is ********* and I am sure no one in telkom would appreciate it if a medical staff had to answer a call if they were being treated.
