POOOOR SERVICE Still no update from telkom

<p>POOOOR SERVICE TELKOM....<br />Had logged a call for faulty line December 27th 2016 till today no progress on it ref no: 104CRZ271216 and I got another line at house which INTERNET SLOW always and now it's not working aswel ref no : 1035CRK13017 this line always having problems reason may Be they cut old line and merge this new with same wire going to exchange please help here cuz paying bills all time and telkom Wil say amount Wil credited automatically on next bill but nothing happens bill come with same amount as I am paying always,</p> <p> </p> <p>Call center agent Telling us bulk fault but neighbors are connected with same pole.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hope this issue will resolve by DECEMBER 2017.</p>
