Pooooor customer care!

I’ve been with Telkom since 2018 and never had a problem with them. But now! The customer “care” do not CARE! They are rude and unhelpful! I’ve ordered my WiFi to be moved on the 18th of November as I have moved, it is still not working and no one can seem to give me the same information!

I will be moving service providers when my contracts have ended!!!
