POOOOOORRRRRR SERVICE FROM EACH DEPARTMENT

Poor services from the provider every month since i started in oct 2024 they either debit on the wrong day or debit the wrong amount , i keep getting charged a failed debit amount and keep having to explain Telkom mobile that if the debit the incorrect amount then its going to bouncy , i keep making manual payment on there website and have proof of payment , even reconfirmed with the call centre that if i pay 10 days before due date i will avoid debit and the extra charge from telkom not im still getting charged and highly threatening sms’s about being summons and being handed over the customer service is extremely poor and so it the payment system and the tickets that get logged but never get actioned , i wish i never joined this provider at all !!! if i could cancel the contract i would , i would not advised to join them
