Policy canceled but still being debited

Good day

I have an contract with Telkom for almost 9 years now and had never ancounted a problem until last year, I logged a claim and it was not resolved because I had submitted the documents late. I understood that and again received and email that they are canceling all my insurance policy be and they even send me the email to confirm that all my policy with their insurance provider has been canceled... But now to my surprise I'm still being debited for the policies and it's been 3months now being debuted for policies that are nolonger existing, I tried again to call for help but still they could not assist me keep on telling me that they will escalate the matter.
